Pastors Caleb Leong & Rachel Lim

Son of a Baptist Pastor, Caleb grew up seeing the world through a fundamental biblical lens and hungered to know more of God. He went to 3 years of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California. Upon Graduation he interned for Steve Backlund from Igniting Hope Ministries USA.

With a new found passion to see people encounter God, Biastes was formed. Both Caleb and Rachel loves to take risks for the Lord and inspire others to take courage in their spiritual journey with God.

Rachel grew up in a buddhist family and was the first in her family to be saved. She dreams to see the broken hearted children and women find freedom and to be empowered.

Pastor Joshua Leong

Given the wonderful privilege to lead worship weekly, for 4 years, in a cell group of an international baptist church, at the age of 16, Joshua experienced God’s powerful, redemptive and unfailing love for all people of different races, financial and family background. He also learnt fundamental truths about God’s purpose and plan for families during this time, through his youth pastor, Pastor Steve Findley and Young Life Ministry leaders Gil and Patti Carter.

At the age of 19, through the mentorship of three amazing men of God, Mike Reyes, Jeff Yuen and George Chua, he learnt about the gifts of the Spirit and to move in power in the areas of Tongues, Healing and Prophecy. Since then, Joshua has been imparting and teaching others about the truths of God regarding His Spiritual Gifts and to move in the love and power of His Spirit.

Today, Joshua continues to build up and grow others into powerful free sons and daughters of God, grounded in His unfailing love and His principles, so to advance and build His Kingdom and to disciple the nations.
